OK run. Stopped after 3 hills since I didn't feel like I was opening up or feeling better as they went on. No need to dig myself in a hole at this point.

AM: 2.5 mi easy at track practice

PM:

3 mi building to tempo pace w/ dog

1.75 mi easy

3x Oakwood hill w/ jog down +30 sec rest

1.75 mi easy c/d
