Eh this run sucked. felt like throwing up most of the way. Started from my house and met up with the team for about 4 miles. I decided to stay in Herrick Lake and ease up a bit when the group turned off for nike park. Ran around for a while and met up with Frank (dunno his last name). We kept a respectable pace back to naperville together.
