2:15 with mark at glacial park and bike trails. Felt fine.
This caps off my highest mileage week since college (although it was artificially pumped up by this weeks long run counting on last weeks mileage). Even without the double long run I think it would still be my highest week since 2003.
ps. No update until friday next week... vacation
