Treadmill

Notes

1:30 on the treadmill. I walked, stretched, and rolled before running and then SLOWLY built to 7:30 pace Hamstring felt 95%. Other than the looseness this was a good run. 2 more miles would have given me 60 for the week but I had to crap some liquid poo.
