Run was OK. I did long run today instead of tomorrow b/c I thought I was going out of town overnight, and I wasn't really feeling enthusiastic about it from the start. Felt tired on the uptempo portion... not as good as 2 wks ago, although my time was 40sec faster. Uncannily, I split exactly even 2.5 mi splits despite never looking at my watch. A month from now I'd like this workout to be 10mi @ 6:00 - 6:05 pace.
