Notes
I did 5 miles tempo in naperville on the "ides of march" 2.5 mi loop. I brought a stopwatch and everything, but I stupidly made a wrong turn on the first lap so it messed up the splits. My last 2 miles were 6:11 and 6:02, and I would guess that I started out around 6:45 pace, so it was building. Felt like I was moving pretty well but not impressed with the splits.
This was mostly a motivational tool to get out and run something other than easy mileage. Weather was cool
