Notes
Our district art show was tonight which has been totally exhausting me the past 2-3 days. Didn't get to the gym until 8:00, but was determined to get in a workout. All-in-all it went poorly... Goal was 4x mile with the last 3 at 5:18. I hit the times but had to take long ass breaks to do it and felt a lot harder than it should have. Probably should have just given up on workouts this week. I kept finding myself watching TV during the breaks too, which really pissed me off. Worst workout in months.
