Workout was supposed to be 3x1600 with 1:00 rest. I decided to do a 400 first to feel the pace. The last 1600 had to be cut short at 800m since I was about to tie up. Then I decided to do one more 400 to make the workout 3 miles total. It went pretty well. this workout is very hard due to the short rest... easy to get burned
