7 mi building tempo (7:15, 6:42, 6:29, 6:12, 6:05, 5:52, 5:54);

Finally feeling better after 2 weeks. Workout was another improvement for my tempo pace, although part of that is due to having cool weather for once. Happy to be about 6:00 average for last 4 miles. A goal milestone i'm shooting for will be to average under 6:00 for 8 miles. Feeling healthy so no more excuses with the mileage... shooting for 50 this week
