Kind of a bust workout. Planned to do 8 steady, 10 @ 6:00 pace, 2 easy. 5 miles into the hard portion I was pretty gassed, so decided to take a break and try to do come back for 4-5 more miles @ 6:00. I couldn't get rolling again, though. Really felt crummy... hot and dehydrated. Also I believe that 6:00 was too ambitious considering the big hills that are on this run.
I would have cut this run shorter if I could of. Basically hit the wall and the last 5-6 miles were useless.

5 mi @ 5:55-6:00 over very hilly loop
7 mi slow with a few pickups
