This race was entirely on limestone trails in a park in crystal lake. Unfortunately it was hard to really get moving since there was snow on a good portion of the course which was a bit slippery and treacherous at times. It was also a bit too cold for my hamstrings to loosten up (maybe 29 degrees). I felt strong but definately did not have a racing mentality... Placed about 5th or 6th.
Good workout, more than anything.
