Most painful 5 miles ever. I tried to go at the "easy" pace my Coach set for me (12:00/mi), but I couldn't. The slower I ran the more it hurt. Hurt my feet, hurt my knees, I felt clunky and uncoordinated. Totally couldn't get into my stride. After 2.5 miles I said screw it and just ran. I ran the last 2.5 miles between 9:40/mi pace and 8:00/mi pace. Finally hit my stride and my feet and knees stopped hurting. Felt much better after extended stretching session and ice...
