Treadmill

Notes

Another E pace run on the treadmill at the gym. A new running playlist on my iPod made this more tolerable, however it may also be partly responsible for my decision to run the final mile at M pace because I was just feeling it. My calves and feet were hurting pretty bad around mile 3, but now they feel 100% better than they even did before the run.
