Pretty happy with this performance. I was looking to do anything under 5:20 since I haven't been on a track in 20 years.
Really felt good out there. I think I held back a little in the middle trying to stay with a pack, but once I got out there I was good. The pack caught up and then I caught them in the last 100. Great running with EJ, and huge help from Reno from the sidelines. Especially in the 1st 300 when I started getting antsy. Told us to tuck it in and relax.
I think I can get this under 5 by the summer.
