Was asked at the gym to test out the new lifefitness treadmill video option. Ran A hilly ass route in New Zealand and then wrapped up some trail in Northern California. Pretty f'ing cool feature being able to put your avg incline and it adjust up and down to the hill. The only negative is I almost wiped out a few times when running up a hill at 9% incline and it drops to 3% going downhill. A few times I was looking out into the gym and not paying attention when it declined going down a mountain. That was weird. Wouldnt expect anything different in New Zealand though. Gotta pay attention to that shit!
