Notes

This wasnt exactly was I was looking for. I was trying to do some speed work, but it failed miserably.

I did a nice warmup and then busted out a 6:03 pace for 1/4 mile. Suppose to be for 800. I could feel my calf getting tight and had to back off. Ran 3 miles at a 8 something pace, but still tightness in my calf.
