Notes

I was doing leg workout today so I did a pyramid treadmill workout.

My legs where burning.

I kept adjusting the incline every minute going up. After 5 minutes I up'd the speed.

Great workout.

My inside left calf/shin has been hurting. I saw Dr Robinson yesterday and he gave me the hammy exersises.
