Ran a little topo hard for what I wanted to do. I really only wanted to run a 1/2 hour at a very easy pace. I get so caught up with miles that I start up'ing the speed. I started at 11 minute miles and ended with a 9:20 pace. At one point I was running a 7:30 mile for a nice easy run. Why!?!? I guess I like being injured.
I will bike or take a day off tomorrow to loosen my legs.
My right knee hurt a tad, but after stretching was decent. Will report in the AM. Stretch tonight again.
Like the sneakers, but might be 1/2 a size too big. Not sure.
