Just a great day with Ivy,kids and Freya. Left foot hurt a tad, but Freya was so good in there. Jordan lost his shit on this hike and is just outta shape. Need to help him with that.
last Freya jumped in the water so Ivy went to the Car with the boys and Freya and I ran the 1.5 miles home.
