ran down to the cruise ship to see my parents off. Super easy run. I actually feel really good. I usually dont like saying that near a race because it blows up in my face, but I got no excuse for Sunday.
Barrett is also running the Mayors 5k for BAA so revenge from Thompsons Island is on my mind. I do think he's in better shape, but it's a fricking 5k.
