A rare sunny summer eve. Ran with Joe in my new shoes. Pretty speedy run. GPS didn't work - says I went 5.5 miles and HR didn't show a pulse at the beginning and while it was a good workout, I don't think the max is right and maybe not the average. Technology, sigh. Pining after a new garmin GPS/HR device. Garmin 110. Oh and I signed up for a half marathon with Joe in Healdsburg on Oct. 10 so now I have a new goal.
