Another 5K dog victory for Ava! She had a great start and then slowed way down on 2nd and 3rd mile. I tried everything to keep her going and eventually just let her go at her own pace. It was sunny and very warm but she survived. 3rd place overall, 1st place dog.
Her winning prize was a $15 gift card to giant eagle, not bad! :)
