Notes

I was planning on running today, but I stood on my feet all day long while visiting a customer from work. I was about to leave for gym to get some biking instead, but I went to take the dog on potty break and slipped twice on 1/2" of ice on grass (first one hurt badly). Now i have bruised back, wrist, hip and ego.... damn ice. I did ab ripper x and some push ups instead.
