Notes
Today was a treadmill hill day. I began with 0.5% incline, then increased it by 0.5% every half mile until the 4th mile, then I had an easy flat half mile, then I increased it to 8% incline for 1/4 mile, rested 1/4 mile, then set it for 9% incline for a 1/4 mile. Finished up the last portion with an easy flat run. Duration was set for 1 hour from the start.
