Ran Columbus 10k with a messed up left knee. It felt tight/weak during the entire race, even during warm up. I also had the same side stitch on lower right side (same as last 3 races) towards the end of the 5th mile.
It's my fastest official 10k so I can't complain about time but I did have a faster 6 mile split during my last two 1/2 marathons.
