Clear roads baby! Minimal wind so went for intervals even though I’ve been piling on the miles
Matched my intervals to recovery time so it was something like
3, 5, 3, 1.5, 3, 1.5…and then the last 1/2 mile.
Slippery through the vineyards with the sauconys , really pushed this run, proud of it
