Not feeling great, just something off, took a day off yesterday and did the bike, legs felt a little better I guess but just a lot of fatigue the past few runs
Cold sunny and windy, did keep a consistent pace and didn’t try to push at all to get through
Pain in both ankles and that left knee hammy area, I’m clearly in great shape ha
