Man oh man did noro kick my butt, no fuel, but here I go...and this...SUCKED. Hurting, sweating, I have this pain on both sides of my back I've never had, maybe pulled muscles from upchucking? It hurt the whole time, but I did make it 3 miles...HR be damned. This run felt like forever.
