Race week! Took an extra day as I’m not goaling for speed or distance. Actually figured this would be slower and didn’t feel I pushed it much in the 3rd mile but the time dropped significantly so that’s great. Last tenth is the only time I started to stretch things out as evidenced by the pace
Legs still quite sore, perhaps running on cement all the time is having an effect.
