Oh yea!! Great hill run. Did 4 miles before even really hitting the Davison Hill segment and Strava PRed that segment by 21 seconds, impressive even more after already running a few miles and coming from Garfield hill too.
63 at start which was AMAZING!!
Good finish, just an awesome run. (We’ll not talk about the hammy/ankle annoyances ha)
Basically uphill from miles 2 through 6, esp 5,6
Hr 164 (in the 180s on the hill but settled), cadence 171
