Super proud of this one wind chill 9, still working on injuries and a sinus infection though getting better

For only the 2nd time I did my Davison segment from Garfield all the way to the top of the hill on Duggan. 2+ miles of straight hill and nearly 400 feet of elevation.

Definitely tough going but I kept it casual on pace and the wind was actually on my back. I believe the peak was a 9:44 pace. And was casual all the way back but the grade was great as well Belle.

Need to add this one in more

Hr 158!! Max was 182 on the hills so settled down to lower 160s the way back cadence a good 168

1: 9:33.4 (easy start on purpose)

2: 9:40.5 (all up)

3: 9:50.8 (yep!!)

4: 9:13.7, end of hill and down

5: 8:55.1

5.61: 5:23.8 (8:48 pace)
