Weird run. Made the mistake of thinking I could add speed to a longer run, maybe not on inclines next time. Did 10 min then 3 increase 3 regular, then hit a wall at 26 minutes and took a short break. Then another longer one at 36 after struggling for 10 minutes. Finally finished the rest in one go and at 47 minutes started doing 1 minute increase followed by 2 regular.
Left thigh/hammy is also pissed. My body doesn’t love speed anymore.
