Okay I can work with this. Not 100% but feel a bit better. It’s possible I’m just sick with a bacterial infection which I’m on an antibiotic for.
Legs a little more spry and breathing not as labored, eased into this and that was a smart move
Was going to do 3.2 but pushed a bit farther and the pace was the best in a week
