Feels like 20, that’s a first in awhile
Unsure if I should have even tried this. Recovering from Covid, still coughing etc but lost another 3-4 days which stinks
Not long after my legs ached bad, all the way up and down. Basically painful for the rest of the run, that was different. The breathing was better than I expected but this cut me shorter than my 3-3.5 mile intention. Barely made it at this distance.
But it’s done. After a great first half of January, barely hit 80 for the month
