Back at the MAF, it’s been a few days. I kept it slower this weekend but not that slow. Calves were TIGHT after that fast lap Sunday so hit the bike instead
Now, how do I do 10 miles in 30 minutes on the bike and barely hit 136 Hr but 13 minute runs get me there in minutes, how do I breathe the same in both activities?
Anywho, upped my max to 139 with a formula I found
