Woot! Longest since the beginning of the year pre injury. Day off so headed over to PI after dropping Anna off at school.
Finally did the loop without stopping though I messed up a couple miles in and missed a turn and 5 mile segment so my run ended up 14 as I had to double back.
Overall, handled things well. Hr climbed steadily throughout and was hovering in the lower 170s as I pushed harder at the end and went up. Avg is probably 5 lower avg if I didn’t push the last couple miles
All in all good job, no breaks. It did get quite warm, 64 to start 72 by finish and lots of fun. Nice breeze though and it’s PI so pretty, it was a beautiful day. A few hours later abd my hammy is tight but my legs overall don’t feel dead so that’s great
