Not bad at all. Little less pain today but Andrea believes it’s not PF but abductor hallucis which definitely matches as it’s not the bottom of the arch but the inside. Trying a rubber band stretch and we’ll see how that goes. It may make my recent compression purchase worthless though ha
Warm today surprisingly, supposed to drop tomorrow
This was the fastest month I’ve ever logged and the most miles in 6 months (though having runs fall on bookend days is helpful ha)
