There we go, getting ready for a Parkersburg half part deux , this went pretty well. Not often I run their long on a weekday but got up early and planned for 10 and kept going
Cardio was very good until the big climb from Slade up Mooreheadville to Belle, which on around mile 10 is a chore
Used the sauconys on for the first time in a long run, ankles were hurting by the end but hard to say if that’s just me
Proud of this one, Strava pulled a 2:01:09 half out of this
