Tired legs today, most weekly miles in awhile plus I added that bike ride on my day off so no surprise, I’ll have to build in either Monday or Tuesday as a rest day this week
Didn’t push at all today, just getting a run in. HR was 155 max 172, kept trying to mouth breathe so that was good. Cadence 171
