Phew, a light night of Smooth Ambler put me in rough shape this morning. Stomach blah, head meh, I did force myself to eat a real breakfast. Oh yea and a 10 miler recovery run
So yea, this wasn’t great ha, but I made it 3 but with a few walk breaks. I did the vineyard loop twice to start and then was just on Garfield and back. Took a break around 1.25 then again at 2 then hit the house at 2.8 and stopped but decided to walk up to Belle and run back to make it an even 3.
