Ouchie. Legs tired up quick on that 2nd half, I need to force that 2nd day off this week even though the weather is great
Two runs yesterday plus I had to wait until nearly lunch to get this one in.
Just glad this one is done, the HR was higher than usual, hit 19 minutes and it went way up and maxed at 189. Too much hard working here
