Post half run and my legs feel pretty good my back blah and my left thigh ehh but fresher legs than expected
Also the track is open and. Sunny and windy and cold. Toboggan and gloves weather, I did shed the hat eventually.
Did feel pretty good and go stronger throughout
Starting at 2.75 I did a strong lap followed by a regular etc until the end
