Run from Mom's...did warmup to the track, then did a bunch of laps there, the old stomping grounds where I could run a 52.3 400m, a LOOONNNGG time ago.
Then went down Orchard Beach segment and then this wacky between Vineyards strava segment up from Middle Road to the bball court which nearly killed me, lol, lumpy and hilly.
Fun run and quite good after the half yesterday - and i wasn't done yet......
