Actually had a good pushing it run today, I can’t think of the last time I ran any distance at this pace, possibly the NY 5 miler, I’ll have to check
Just decided to go for it, did 4 minutes, 1 accel, 4 minutes, 2 accel down Davison, maybe a minute and then another accel and then just kept trying to add them in occasionally though less pronounced as I was wearing out but still maintains a faster pace
Wind was wild coming west and north up through vineyards, it had also rained a ton so it was a muddy squishy mess at the end
But I made it!! Great 5k time for a workout
