Nice run as I try to hold things together, namely the back and hamstring. I still feel it in my butt so that’s not great. Got a cream to try and compression sleeves. That tweak in the back last Friday is still there too, right in the center, seems fine when I run but hurts most other times, at least that’s good
Breezy day today but pleasant. Did the Bernet Loop for the first time this year, Strava says this is my 3rd best time since I started using it at least
