My first non HR run in over 10 days. Did a 40 minute progression run, 5 WU/CD with 10 minute progressions in between

Really went well. 1st segment around 9:45, 2nd around 9:15 and last had to be 8:30 at least

Hr 162 cadence 177 max 186, yea!!
