This was one of the hardest runs I’ve had in forever. Just had gotten back from weekend an hour before, Friday Starlake and Saturday Blossom pit.
And the heat, food, beverages, etc, intended 4 butnadter thebfirst 10 steps I just knew I was in trouble, upper chest pressure, legs DEAD
Nearly turned around at the mile marker but pushed through and decided 3:5 would be good and I did do better on the way back
Really this should be a 10/10 for the effort
