Hill reps!! Have I done this since high school??
Drove to the truck stop and warmed up on prindle , it’s hill every direction so Hr going up early today
Went to Duggan for hills which was a great plan, challenging hill and no cars.
Ended up doing 11 x 30 seconds sprint / 90 second recover , meant to do 10 but miscounted ha.
