Notes

This was pretty good. Been going towards the high school more these days and that new loop off of Depot. Did that and a couple of laps around the track and then up Garfield.

Strava screwed me on a segment again as I did the last lap super hard hoping to crack my top 3 but it registered at 9 minute pace, Garmin says my best pace was 6:05 so probably around 1:30-1:35 lap.

HR was great after the lap at 151 and overall 157 cadence 168
