Whew!! Finished the first of 2 races today, one at 8:10 in Parkersburg and a 5k in St. Marys at 10:20
This went pretty well, watch says 2.04 miles and the pace at 7:53 which is great!! So the weaving must have added a little, it was a little chaotic in the first quarter mile.
Not sure if I had any gas left at the end but I did finish pretty strong and 3rd in my age group, awesome!!!
1: 8:16.7
2: 7:35.5
2:04: 14:95 (says 5:46 pace, I find that hard to believe, but I'm writing it down, haha)
Loved the 2 mile run though, wouldn't mind finding another one sometime if they are out there.
